In an effort to tighten up the jiggle, the girls and I dusted off Jillian Michael’s Boost Your Metabolism DVD. I have been so focused on running that I’ve neglected the part of the schedule that calls for cross-training. My new addition to the goal is to do a video once a week, maybe twice, and see how it affects my time on the road (and the jiggly bits too).
Today is my six mile mid-week run. I seem to be enjoying the mid-week runs the most, these days.
On a side note, I am going to bite the bullet and upgrade the blog. I wasn’t sure how successful I would be at keeping at it, but since it’s working out fine, I’d like to make it a little prettier and a lot more colorful. As soon as I do, I’ll upload some video of Grace (Sophie had enough by the time I broke out the flip) doing her exercise moves. The world should see her doing punch hops and spinning squats. It’s priceless!
